Characteristics:

The rolled PET slice and plate production line, which uses 2 or 3 units of extrusion machine, it can process the AOET, modified PETG as well as the special PET, Due t its outstanding transparency and rigidity, and easily to be recycled, the market demand for PET growing fast. Generally, the product of this kind are fabricated in 2—3 layers, the middle one is made of more recycled material, both the outer sides are the pure and clear resin, the anti-adhesive or UV stabilizer is added also for improving the quality. Surely, it is the new developing trend for the PET/PE slice and widely used as the base material in the production line of seallng. Here the PET provides the remarkable thermal, transparency, rigidity and fine isolation, as to the PE will give the material a property of better Sealing and splitting, moreover, PET can be laminated with EVOH/PE and get a better sealing and splitting. Moreover, PET can be laminated with EVOH/PE and result in a good isolation.

Slice processing procedure: ---Pre-dry the material ---Use the extruder to heat, convey, compress and mix the material after per-drying. ---Smelt the material evenly, and then convey it to the filter and the plain extrusion die head with a steady pressure ---Filter the molten material ---Homogenize the said material byco-extrusion distributor ---Slice moulding ---Press the slice by three rollers, then cool finalize the shape ---Cut off the waste edge to meet the width require. ---Cool down the slice naturally and convey it ---Wind up the waste edge ---Steadily tract the slice ---Wind up the slice edge by a feedback constant tension.
