7. Material receiving and discharging structure: Adopting a duplex position material receiving and discharging rack, fully automatic roll changing and material receiving. The discharging tension and traction tension of material receiving and discharging adopt variable frequency vector control line speed, and the material receiving adopts vector variable frequency control. Features: Accelerated color registration and stability, no horizontal deviation. For large-scale printing, it can save materials, ink, solvents, and energy. When the feeding speed is 300 meters/minute, the maximum waste of feeding is about 10 meters, which is about 10 meters less than that of the seven motors. Ink, solvents, and energy are saved by about 15%, greatly reducing the cost of the main product.
8. Drying and cooling structure: The oven adopts a centrifugal fan for blowing and suction (with air reduction and concentration increase) and a water cooling roller to reduce the film temperature. The internal air volume of the oven forms a thermal cycle, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The return roller is water-cooled to ensure film cooling.
