四Drying Unit

1．Oven vertical type two channel permutation and combination type, with the height of 2690mm。

2 oven slit adopt front and back moved by manual 

3 The heating mode of oven is air intake type.

4 heat preservation thermal insulation of dry box adopt glass cotton fibre material

5 The heating method for dry box is hot air intake type;

6 oven heating adopt electric heating, heating power 29kw, heating pipe adopt stainless steel with cooling fin type.(18pcs *1.6kw heating pipe)

7 inside of oven the max. temperature is 150℃, oven with 2 section control temperature independently, temperature controller adopt smart type by automatic control, 6pcs (4pcs is display show, another 2pcs is for controlling the temperature)

8 oven exhaust emission adopt pipeline exhaust air pipe, exhaust air out of workshop directly, exhaust air pipeline is provided by customer. 

9 oven exhaust emission exit diameter 200mm, contact with main exhaust air pipeline.(confirm by jonny)
