Gluing is gravure coating method, coating blade shaft adopt heavy type double shaft machine independent moving, blade adjust is manual by pneumatic type, angle is adjusted freely, coating quantity is up to gravure roller mesh, different coating quantity can use different mesh gravure roller

four section  side hinge type constant temperature oven, in/out air layering, negative pressure design, strong wind power, drying completely, secondary return air, it not only save energy, but also reduce remain glue contant

Oven inner guide roller adopt passive and active type, drive adopt synchronous belt wheel drive type to avoid the material stretch and distortional.

First and second unwinding(base material and liner) adopt EPC webguide, the film output of the oven adopt EPC inclined webguide

High precision gravure roller coating system, pneumatic blade, uniformity roller, glue cycle device

High precision back press three roller type laminated device, laminating roller adopt interlayer conduction oil cycle by electrical pipe heating, to make the laminating more uniformity and tight.

Coating , laminating adopt double frequency block drive

 Use the cooling roller to make the laminated film more smooth and evenness.

Rewinding unit use two sets AC vector motor by inverter control, pneumatic type back press roller blade cutting and auto rewinding to reduce destroy

Rewinding and unwinding shaft adopt expand type air shaft to load and unload the material more convenient

Remark:

On the basis of customer’s different requirment to order the special machine ( effective width 300-2000mm)

Rewinding and unwinding frame : manual lifting type single station,hydraulic lifting type single station, electrical rotation type double station, electrical zipper climbing type double station, electrical rotation wheel type double station can be choosed by customer
