Performance & Characteristics

The equipment is a new generation of packaging equipment researched independently by our R&D personnel through constant improvement and innovation. Applying human and machine interactive interface, PLC control, encoder support, touch-screen operation, automatic counting and adjustable stroke, the machine is accurate and convenient, able to support frequency conversion for stepless speed regulation and steady in operation. Being convenient in operation, durable, clean and equipped with a safety stop device to ensure emergency measures in the production, the machine is suitable for packaging cone of various specifications. Moreover, its operating safety factor is enhanced, making it currently the most ideal packing equipment.

Basic Functional Requirements

Requirements: The equipment automatically completes functions such as forming blister, die-cut, blister transition, battery automatic feeding, automatic cardboard feeding, heat sealing and finished product transporting and delivery.

Technical and Quality Standard Requirements

(1) The equipment’s operating efficiency is set to be above 20 dies/min and each die is for six cards as provided by Huatai: 1) four pieces of LR6, two pieces of LR6, four pieces of R6P and two pieces of R6P; 2) four pieces of LR03, two pieces of LR03, four pieces of R03P and two pieces of R03P. The packed battery hangtag is as a sample and the unified cardboard specification is 83*115mm and unified outer specification for plastic housing is 73*68mm. The replacement of feeding machine and plates for the same specification and model will not affect the accuracy of equipment. Moreover, we guarantee the steady operation of equipment and the achievement of production process and technology requirement. Users can adjust the speed of equipment according to material and quality requirements.

(2) The equipment applies Japan-made ORION oilless lubricating vacuum pump and imported cylinders and electrical components to increase the stability.

(3) The equipment has detection functions for PVC fragments, completion, cardboards and so on.

(4) The equipment applies human and machine interactive interface and PLC control. It has functions such as counting, power-on password, failure reminding (warning light alarm) and maintenance reminder (warning light alarm).

(5) It is easy to clean residue.

(6) It's ensured that each machinery handle is placed in tools correctly.

(7) Party A provides cardboards, sheets, batteries and other raw materials for Party B to try the machine.

(8) The machine is equipped with spared parts, special tools in the quantity provided in the packing list.
