The machine, using material of polypropylene & polyethylene, through heating, extruding and drawing, makes tape that is then winded for the weaving of the circular loom.
Having been improved so many times, the machine can use 100% recycled PP & PE granules or power to produce yarn. The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of nitrided 38CrMoA1A allay steel, the hardness of which can reach over HV950. Helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to the extruder as well. The chain wheel adpots 45#medium carbon steel after being treated by high-frequency quench. The driving rollers are electroplated with hard Cr and the self-control tension winding roller is adopted by the traction unit.
