Fit range and main features：
The machine is mainly applied to producing anodized aluminum and film aluminum plated of top grade. It is the machine used for coating carrier film such as golden-silvery paper aluminum plated, cigarette packet backing paper(paper sprayed aluminum ) and etc.
The machine holds strong points of high speed, high automatization, high production efficiency, high precision and etc. It is a powerfrugal machine of high speed.
1.Unwinding equipment and rewinding equipment all adopt air-expansion shaft to bear roll materials, assuring fast replacement, even supporting force and accurate centering.
2.Unwinding and rewinding equipments adopt independent dual arm and dual working position electromotion retroflexion stander to load and upload the materials without stop.
3.Unwinding equipment adopt automatic dual photoelectricity tracking rectification system, assuring the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
4.The tension of unwinding and rewinding is controlled independently by automatic tension control system respectively.
5.Quantitative transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; pneumatic pressing rubber roller; pneumatic back pressing doctor; independent motor controlling doctor’s horizontal movement .
6.Surface of cooling roller is hard chrome plated, mirror finish. Cooling manner: inside water circulation cooling.
7.Glue spreading rubber roller and cooling traction roller pressurize pneumatically, pressure adjustable.
8.The machine adopts dual-frequency conversion timing technology and Japan panasonic transducer, assuring every part drives synchronously.
9.Air cylinder top open type oven, with the length of 10 m, is divided into four segments. Open and close are controlled by air cylinder. Inside oven, bearing rollers are shaped in arch. There are walkway and guardrail at one side of the oven.
10.The temperature is independently controllable in the four segments of the oven respectively. External heater is heated by electricity. The blower inbreathes hot air into the oven.
11.Inside, the oven adopts hot air circulation system and saves the energy. The materials is stainless steel. At the entrance of oven, the exhaust air equipment discharges the volatilizable solvent in order to avoid exhaust air participating in the second circulation and ensure safety.
12.The entrance of the oven holds pneumatic sensor system, which automatically controls the tension of the film in the oven.
13.Before rewinding, it adopts E.P.C. air sensing rectification system.
14.All bearing rollers adopt the highly hardened aluminum alloy rollers imported from China Taiwan, static and dynamic equilibrium treated.
